Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 27, 2026
PoliPoll Research AI, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the web-based market research, audience polling, and survey platform accessible via polipollresearch.com, polipollresearch.ai, and related properties. This Privacy Policy outlines how we process data across our research infrastructure, digital validation portals, and advertising networks.
1. DATA MINIMIZATION AND WORKFLOW STRUCTURING
PoliPoll Research AI, LLC operates a specialized survey routing and hosting platform designed around data minimization principles. To facilitate direct research operations, our platform temporarily stores secure, user-provided email distribution matrices, mobile phone lists utilized for text recruitment, contact validation fields, and open-ended verification inputs strictly for operational routing and authentication purposes until systematically cleared. Beyond these essential processing functions, our custom routing infrastructure functions exclusively as a blinded bridge protected by cryptographic tokens, hashes, and dynamic transaction IDs. Mainstream panel recruitment profiles and long-term respondent identity matrices are managed solely by downstream marketplace partners, sample suppliers, and upstream research agencies.
2. TRANSACTION LOGISTICS AND TRACKING
To maintain data integrity, track successful survey completions, and enforce fraud prevention mechanisms across our provider networks, our system utilizes unique transaction identification strings. We manage operational routing by securely replacing an incoming supplier's transaction ID with a unique PoliPoll transaction token, which is safely reconverted back to the original supplier string upon the respondent's successful return to the sample exchange.
3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING AND MONETIZATION
We partner with verified third-party advertising networks and exchanges to serve professional corporate, business-to-business (B2B), and digital advertisements on our onboarding and validation interfaces.
To deliver contextually relevant commercial content, these third-party ad networks automatically serve ads dynamically based on user-driven interactions. These external networks may utilize anonymous telemetry, device cookies, IP addresses, or localized browser signatures to track viewable impressions and optimize ad placement. No PII is shared with or accessible to advertising networks through our platform, and these networks operate entirely under their own independent compliance frameworks.
4. USER INTERFACE INTERACTION AND TELEMETRY
When participating in our verification hubs or interactive opinion polls, respondents are asked to manually engage with specific on-screen elements, single-choice verification selections, or open-ended validation text fields. This manual user interaction is processed to confirm authentic, human-generated engagement, support fraud detection, and capture high-level insight intelligence. All telemetry collected during this phase is strictly behavioral and completely divorced from individual personal identities.
5. EXTERNAL LINKS AND PROVIDER PLATFORMS
Our platform seamlessly bridges users to external sample providers, third-party survey programming frameworks, and enterprise client software environments. PoliPoll Research AI, LLC does not exercise administrative control over, and is not legally responsible for, the independent privacy practices, security protocols, or reward fulfillment systems maintained by external web properties.
6. REVISION POLICY AND LEGAL STANDARDS
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to maintain complete alignment with global digital privacy laws, consumer compliance regulations, and third-party advertising exchange standards. Any structural updates will be instantly reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
7. CONTACT INFORMATION
